Indulged twice at this location while on business. Food was simply amazing. Lobster pot stickers...YUMMY! Maui Wowi Salad and Lobster Bisque, out of this world and enough to satisfy as a meal. Reservations are suggested, but no required, as we showed up and were seated within minutes. Hostess staff could use a bit more upbeat personality (smile ladies), and not so much pomp and circumstance. A little more on the pricey side, but totally worth it...food melts in your mouth....Pecan encrusted Mahi Mahi, delish! Lobster and steak, melts in your mouth! Will return on next trip there!

Score this location a B-. Tourist and convention center ground zero location. We had a rushed meal delivered by the bartender who was obviously put out that she also had to serve food. Surf & Turf OK but nothing special. Cold food and hot drinks can be had a lot cheaper elsewhere.

But a great view of the Marina !

We really enjoyed our meal at Roy's. We thought the menu offered a good variety of choices and had very good service.

We went to Roy's on a Monday night. The place was mostly empty and yet the service was very slow. The server was pleasant and professional.

There were 6 of us and we got a nice table overlooking the marina. However, the windows were dirty so the view wasn't as good as it could have been.

We ordered a variety of food. For appetizers we ordered the lobster pot stickers and a pork ribs. The pot stickers received mixed results but everyone loved the ribs. For the meal, we ordered the short ribs, Macadamia crusted Mahi Mahi, the Ribeye, and the 3 fish combo. The short ribs looked and tasted like pot roast. The Mahi Mahi was good, but the crust was thin and tasted like breadcrumbs. The Ribeye was very good and the 3 fish combo was also fantastic.

Roy's is similar to Dukes, but hasn't risen to the same level as Dukes. The food was good, but the service was very slow. However, I would expect outstanding food and service for the prices they are charging. Overall, not worth the price.

We had a wonderful dinner overlooking the bay. we had a travel zoo coupon which limited our selection but made it much more affordable. I had a filet mignon med rare which was quite rare but melted in my mouth. If I eat here again I would order medium. My son had a sampling of various fishes. He said it was good, but rathered my filet.
AMBIANCE, ambiance, ambiance..
