I had brunch after my arrival at the Fairmont hotel, enjoying the Nova Scotia Lobster Benedict. The next evening I had Pan Seared Skuna Salmon at the bar and for breakfast I had the San Diegan Omelette. All of the dishes were excellent. My poached eggs on the benedict were perfectly poached. My salmon was perfectly cooked. No element of three meals was over salted and all the flavors came through clearly. Service was great, friendly and attentive.
