We stayed here for 4 nights for a conference which was across the street. When we arrived, we were greeted by Norman who worked the front door. Norman was very friendly and full of useful information that we used during our stay. We had arrived quite early and fortunately our room was ready for us. Once we settled in, we went down to find a breakfast place outside if the hotel. My first thought was, let’s ask Norman. He must know a great and reasonable place for breakfast. That was the best decision I made the entire trip. Norman referred us to a restaurant down the street and we enjoyed it so much we had breakfast there everyday. The service was great as was the food. But back to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a large screen tv. Each time we entered or exited the hotel we were always greeted by staff both from behind the reception desk and the front door staff. Of course I always looked for Norman because by this time we had become friends. The hotel has a nice bar adjacent to the lobby area which brought in a good crowd, also with very friendly and polite staff. Also right in front of the hotel is a stop for the hop on hop off bus tour. All staff were great, but Norman really stood out! Norman is the first point of contact and he is a positive reflection of the hotel. If I were to return to the Boston area, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.More
