Horrific beds - breakfast - shuttle service - if you can call it a service. The AC was so loud we had to turn it off only to listen to the neighbor's AC.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable with a great view. Nice to be so close to airport but not hear the planes. Staff was professional and friendly

The rooms facing the airport on the upper levels have a fantastic view of airport operations.
The food is good.
The aircon in the room was very noisy making it difficult to sleep without earplugs.

A great hotel with attentive polite staff, delicious food and particularly great views of Boston Harbor. A bonus is easy access to the water taxi pier for trips across to Boston.

This was our first time at the Hyatt’s Boston Harbor location and we loved it! The rooms are very clean and quiet and the view is beautiful and the close proximity to the airport saved us some time catching an early flight.
For dinner, we dined in the hotel at the Harborside Grill and our server, Laura, did an outstanding job of not only providing us with excellent service, but she was incredibly warm and personable. She even made sure we used our dining credit that we didn’t even know we had! Very appreciative of this level of service. Will definitely stay here again.
