Every time I’m in Boston I stay at one of the airport hotels for an easy commute for early AM departures. The Hyatt is my first preference over the competition due to the location overseeing the harbor. Their rooms are very comfortable as well. Win win.

The GM Darius really has everyone dialed in.. The front desk clerk Michelle was very helpful and made sure everything was on point and always was available to help with any needs we had. Hyatt Globalist status recognition is appreciated .
The breakfast every morning was exceptional with the best views

This is an excellent hotel that is remote from the crowded conditions downtown but with quick connections to the water taxi, subway, etc. to get you where you need to go.

What a nasty and unmaintained motel, yes motel! The room is filthy with sticky carpet. Mold covered window shade, ripped sheets, a raw picture hanger on the bathroom wall, and a random hinge on the bathroom shelf - just for starters. Fortunately only here overnight on a layover, but I’m concerned about our health sleeping in this hell hole.
Disgusting all around.
