Great stay at the Hyatt harbor!

Amazing hotel with a wonderful view of Boston Harbor!

Extremely friendly staff 😁 I was traveling solo on a business trip and one night I became very sick w a stomach thing. I let Stevens the manager know and he sent up a care package w hot tea, Gatorade etc. It was sooo helpful - and even greater was the feeling that the staff had my back - that I wasn't alone 🤗

The next day Juana C at the restaurant made sure I was recovering. She was so nice during my stay and even charged my cell when I didn't have my charger handy ❤️

I highly recommend this hotel. Great location w Boston Harbor view, quality hotel (room + restaurant ) and Amazingly Caring People!

Walls are peeling, vents are caked in dust, A/C filter has not been changed in what looks to be a year. Staff calls at close to midnight asking if a bill was for me from the bar, but completely different name, and different room number. Room service skipped our room twice in a row without a DND sign about. Food is way overpriced for the quality.

Stayed here in order to attend college orientation.

We arrived at midnight and caught the shuttle which arrived in little over 20minutes. My daughter who arrived at 7am wasn’t so lucky. She waited over 40 minutes and had to take an Uber because we had to be somewhere. Traffic was just terrible due to the tunnel closure.

We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the food was not bad. There was enough variety so that we didn’t tire of the options over two days. The seating outside seemed really pleasant and the view was terrific.

The room itself was ok. It’s a little outdated and the ac is a bit loud.

I really wanted to take a water taxi which was right behind the hotel but we didn’t have time.

So despite it not being perfect, it’s convenient so I’m sure we’ll be back.

Not a good experience. Took and hour to get a shuttle from the airport which is literally right next door. First room had not heat or cooling. Second room had a strong and terrible smell. No other rooms were available. Room service is served on plastic plates with plastic utensils. Breakfast service was very slow because the restaurant is badly understaffed and breakfast buffet in low quality with few options. Staff were friendly but the place needs to hire more people. Won’t stay again.

We spent 3 nights pre-cruise and one night post-cruise at this hotel and it was perfect for our family. Very convenient shuttle took us to/from airport and subway often. The view is spectacular. Nice restaurant and comfortable patio - room was very comfortable- no airplane noise at all.

Room tip: Limited dining options but good access to the city by water taxi, subway, Uber or taxi.

This hotel has the prettiest view of any airport hotel I have ever experienced. The room was comfortable and updated. The windows are sound proof, but the walls are not. We had trouble going to sleep when the family with toddlers came back to their room at 11 and woke up crying at 6. The staff helped us out with tape for my son’s luggage that got ripped by the airline, but was not incredibly knowledgeable about the area.

Room tip: There is an airport shuttle. Use the water taxi to get to downtown before 8pm
