Right on Boston Harbor it is the most convenient to the Logan Airport and happily it is super comfortable and friendly.

This hotel has the prettiest view of any airport hotel I have ever experienced. The room was comfortable and updated. The windows are sound proof, but the walls are not. We had trouble going to sleep when the family with toddlers came back to their room at 11 and woke up crying at 6. The staff helped us out with tape for my son’s luggage that got ripped by the airline, but was not incredibly knowledgeable about the area.

Convenient shuttle from car rental to hotel and then hotel to airport terminal, great customer service at front desk and restaurant, accommodations were nice and clean. Restaurant has a beautiful view of the harbor. Would stay here again.

This hotel is literally in the boondocks. NOTHING exists around it so unless, you have an early flight in the morning or some other flight schedule problem, you will be looking across the bay at the Boston Harbor but you will be nowhere near any of the city's attractions. They have a 24-hr shuttle to and from the airport that sometimes gets very, very congested but it runs regularly.
I was offered an upgraded room at check-in at 3PM but then told, "Oh, but it won't be ready until 430PM". Wow, thanks a lot!! Bait and switch!!

I apologize that you did not enjoy the location of our hotel, there are many options into the city, water taxi is by far the most enjoyable. We will talk to the operations team about the upgrade confusion.
