All was good, thank you! We enjoyed the stay and hope will be back. The traffic was horrible, but when using water taxi it was fine

Convenient shuttle from car rental to hotel and then hotel to airport terminal, great customer service at front desk and restaurant, accommodations were nice and clean. Restaurant has a beautiful view of the harbor. Would stay here again.

This hotel is literally in the boondocks. NOTHING exists around it so unless, you have an early flight in the morning or some other flight schedule problem, you will be looking across the bay at the Boston Harbor but you will be nowhere near any of the city's attractions. They have a 24-hr shuttle to and from the airport that sometimes gets very, very congested but it runs regularly.
I was offered an upgraded room at check-in at 3PM but then told, "Oh, but it won't be ready until 430PM". Wow, thanks a lot!! Bait and switch!!

I apologize that you did not enjoy the location of our hotel, there are many options into the city, water taxi is by far the most enjoyable. We will talk to the operations team about the upgrade confusion.

Hotel was nice, but food service and housekeeping needs severe improvement.
Breakfast was good except for lack of servers. I had to personally get up and get my wife a glass of water.
Additionally, I asked at 8am to have my room clean so I could rest
before my dinner plans, it took over 7 hours to get this accomplished.

We liked this hotel stay. The hotel has free shuttle to/ from airport. Very convenient, plus there’s other water taxi or shuttle to Boston downtown. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned and good bed. We stayed on the even room number side, very quiet and had a good rest. Will definitely stay here again.
