We arrived after midnight on 1/23 and were delighted to have the van driver escort us to the lovely hotel. Jeffrey welcomed us, gave us good information about our room and made us feel very much welcome. A letter from Trevor Humphreys greeting us as Platinum members was gracious, well written and appreciated. The suite on floor 12 was wonderful with a great view of the harbor and city. The bed and linens were excellent. Everything worked well. Breakfast was delicious. Rafael, the host, greeted us graciously and Isa did an outstanding job of serving. Shawn, guest services, was helpful and pleasant. What a wonderful hotel and service! We look forward to our next stay.

Staying here for the pre and post flight is a great idea. The rooms are immaculate, attractive, the bed and linens most comfortable. The staff is welcoming, professional and helpful. A van to and from the airport and its proximity is a major plus. The views of the harbor are spectacular. A++++

I had high hopes staying at this hotel. I decided to switch from the Hilton when I would travel out of logan because the bed and pillows were not comfortable so I planned on having a better experience at the Hyatt. At first the hyatt is great, the staff is friendly and hotel is beautiful with nice views. The room was nice and clean. I had to be up the next day at 3am so I went to bed a little early. The pillows are terrible and the mattress was not what I expected. I have stayed at other Hyatt properties and they have some great beds. The hotel has sound dampening for the outside noise but nothing for the inside of the hotel. I could hear the water of the room above me taking showers and running thru the walls. I guess they like to shower late at night and long showers but It woke me and my spouse up and I got only a few hours of sleep. stay in the city and get a cab to the airport much nicer hotels. I did a survey and told them my experience and they sent me an email apologizing and I am even a Hyatt platinum member and they did not even offer anything for the bad stay.
