Despite the old-fashioned lobby, I really had no complaints about this stay. I loved the room, the river view/s, and my bed and pillows. After checking out, I missed that bed for days. The one comment I have is that the unfinished wall under the sink (visible while taking a bath) was discomforting. Definitely convenient to the Hynes Convention Center, For food, try Terra for their simple pasta (located inside Eataly and up the stairs); say hi to Evan if you sit at the bar--he was fabulous.

My wife and I had a weekend getaway in tandem with going to a New England Patriots game. We selected a stay and park option to take advantage of the extremely convenient parking location of the hotel garage.
The hotel itself appears to have been recently renovated as the lobby and (our) room were in impeccable condition. We stayed in a Jr. Suite on a high floor overlooking the Charles, which I'd highly recommend. Lots of space to spread out with a gorgeous view to enjoy and watch evolve whenever spending time relaxing.
The hotel location and connection to multiple malls, via enclosed walkways, makes for a terrific day of winter strolling without a jacket being needed. Just outside of the indoor options are many excellent places to eat and drink. Too many to list.
Service remains quite high even in these times of difficulty in finding staff for the hospitality industry. We were cordially greeted and assisted at every level, from reception to the garage attendant. It was quite nice to feel like we were appreciated by all of the staff.
One last thought is that the elevators are extremely fast and always available, with many to choose from. They are a bit quirky though, as they don't all go up past the 25th floor or down to the garage level. It's a very minor inconvenience however.

Very nice hotel. Staff was professional and friendly. The room had a beautiful view of the river.
The gym is very complete and clean 100% recommend.
It’s in a very convenient area connected to the Copley plaza and lots of restaurants around.
Home alone could film another movie in here.

Room tip: Try to book in advance.

Great hotel, lovely room, friendly staff, ideal location.
My son and I visited Boston to Christmas shop, it was our first visit.
We stayed at the Sheraton Boston for 5 nights and loved it. We stayed in room 2828 with a superb view of the city.
We had everything we needed in our room, the beds were so comfortable, a good nights sleep is essential.
The shower was fab and clean towels were provided daily.
The gym and pool downstairs had excellent equipment and facilities.
Staff were always helpful and approachable.
The hotel was sited next to the Prudential Shopping Centre so we didn’t have to travel far to shop!!
Shout out for the maid who looked after us during our stay, what a lovely person.
The Sheraton is an excellent hotel.
