Stayed 2 nights. Spouse was on business and we tagged along. Pros: New, clean, HUGE ROOM, and perfectly situated so we could walk everywhere. Major con -- we reserved a 2 queens room and requested a cot on arrival. The desk gentleman informed us that we cannot put a cot in the room b/c of fire code?!?! We stayed in much smaller rooms and there is never an issue. The room was tremendous, the furniture oversized. Maybe if we moved one chair out of the room, we could have fit two cots in there!! The desk guy was expressionless, bored, rude and spoke so softly, they need to rethink his position as desk representative. The most incredulous part: the desk guy suggested one of my kids SLEEP ON THE FLOOR!!! Was he kidding!?!? I wouldn't ask my dog to sleep on a hotel floor! I had to ask him to repeat what he said just to be sure!! My husband called his employer travel office and they informed us that there were only vacancies in some of the less desirable hotels in the area due to two conventions that were in town. We were stuck with having to rent two rooms. Then to top it off - the 2nd night, the room above us was having a major party that went on till 3am -- we could see right into the room upstairs in the reflection of the building. There were about 15 people in the room partying and dancing. At 230 I called the desk to complain and the clerk said, "Do you know what room number it is?!?! Me; Yes -- the room right above us which would be 925!?! Her: I guess we could send security up." Me: Gee thanks! It was quiet for 20 minutes, just enough time for security to walk away, and then back to the party till 5. Not returning ever, no matter how nice it is --
