We stayed at the Hyatt Regency with friends for a weekend before Christmas. This hotel is located near to the Downtown Crossing and Fanuiel Hall which’s a great location. All of the staff seemed genuine and concerned that we were enjoying our stay. We liked the buffet breakfast and especially William, one of the waiters. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well designed for comfort.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Saturday night. Kevin Nagle & his team went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of! The room was clean, comfortable, & well appointed. We enjoyed the lobby bar as well as the breakfast buffet. We will be back.

Our anniversary weekend wouldn't have been complete without the amazing service of the staff! My husband called the hotel the morning of to see if he could surprise me with a little something for our anniversary... we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and champagne + note congratulating us on 9 years signed by the staff working that day! It was such a sweet and personal touch making our stay that much more unforgettable. The room was perfect! The staff were so friendly, helpful, and personable. And the hotel was in perfect walking distance from every destination we enjoy including Faneuil hall, Boston city hall for the winter market, and boylston st. Will definitely come back over and over!!!

We were in town for a show at the Orpheum and chose this hotel for the location. Recently updated, this Hyatt was a great pick and I will return. The front desk check in was quick and convenient. We were upgraded, due to our Discoverist status, which was much appreciated, to a room on a higher floor. The rooms have been recently updated, with many outlets and modern decor. We enjoyed the a la carte breakfast options in the restaurant, on the morning of our departure. The entire stay was pleasant, from start to finish. I would stay here again.
