We had a surprise family gathering at Grove Park Inn in July '24. Wonderful site for a surprise with lots of family members gathering in the huge lobby. The rooms were spacious with space to relax and watch the bears outside the hotel! The pools were a favorite with the little ones and gave the adults a break to enjoy each other. Thanks for the inside pool after the storms. The prime rib buffet was a perfect place to celebrate my 82 year old husband and father. A nice celebration from the staff assisted with the gathering. The buffet breakfasts were suburb with so many delicious selections! My only issue has been the lack of response for leaving an item in the room upon leaving. I have received no information after numerous phone calls to Grove Park and speaking to the "lost and found" staff.

I visited there with an electric vehicle. Charging was nearly impossible at the facility. They indicated that they have a Tesla charging station for people using valet parking, but it is so inadequate that I only had 35 miles added in range when I left it overnight for them to charge. It looks like more demand than they can handle. Take another car as they are not set up for EVs.

We love the staff at The Omni Grove Park Inn. They go above and beyond at every level of the organization. Our favorite person is Kim Ash at the Vue 1913 restaurant. She knows exactly how to enhance the dining experience we are looking for, and I greatly appreciate her skills.
