It is a lovely small hotel-a five minute walk from everything.

The only small issue is that they do not offer parking. You have to park a few minutes away in a public lot. But other than that, it is a great hotel. Great furnishings. Friendly front desk staff.

One small oddity-they don't have phones in the room. So make sure you have a cell-phone.

What a wonderful hotel! The room was a beautiful suite that had all the latest amenities. I was thinking about all the work went into taking a historic building and turning it into a first class modern hotel! Congrats to the architects and designers. The staff could not be more helpful and the location downtown was within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to our next visit. Eric B

Delightful boutique hotel, superb location. Friendly, accomodating, helpful staff!!

From the moment you enter the doors you feel at home! There is a wonderful scent and a warm cosy feel. A unique boutique hotel which I highly recommend if visiting Asheville. The rooms actually feel more like a small apartment - not at all like a hotel - personal and inviting! We had a wonderful few days in Asheville at The Windsor Hotel and would say " Its the only place to stay if visiting Asheville" ... We loved it!

I had the most wonderful stay at the Windsor. It was far more beautiful than I could have expected with hardwood floor, exposed brick walls, a full kitchen and even laundry. The room was covered in little hidden gems such as a full bag of local coffee, robes and slippers. The lobby was equally beautiful and outfitted with snacks that fueled my sunrise adventure. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the asheville area!

The suites were comparable to The Bellagio and Wynn hotel suites in Las Vegas. The staff was polite and professional and answered any questions we had. We will stay there again. A bonus is that the Hotel is within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, pubs and shops.

Room Tip: No complaints at all. Will stay there again.
