Great Hotel

Nice hotel, friendly staff and the pool is awesome. The room was perfect and there was a nice assortment of pillows to choose from. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.
Many attractions and restaurants nearby.

Hopefully they are renovating

I was initially annoyed that the hotel staff ignored my high floor preference and put me on the 2nd floor, but then realized only one elevator was working, so ended up being glad we were only a floor up. We ended up walking both up and down several times when the elevator was taking too long. The AC in the room did not keep the room cool enough, creating a bit of a musty smell, and making it just a bit too hot for us to get a good night's sleep. Overall, we were disappointed with the room.

The pool was very nice, though. It was big and had a small waterfall feature.

Breakfast was on par with other Hampton Inns we have visited. I guess it was just our bad luck that the hot options were exactly the same as the first two hotels we visited this trip, since the staff told us they do actually rotate the hot options.

Good hotel, rooms smell musty

Rooms smell musty, pool is great
Breakfast was very helpful and good quality
There is ample parking in the hotel. The location of the hotel is great close to everglades national park. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly

It is a good hotel.

It is a good hotel. Good facilities, excellent location. I have stayed several times and have always had a good experience. Good parking area. The hotel always looks brand new and they serve a good breakfast. There are great places to eat.

Skip this property if you have options

We stay at a lot of Hampton Inns and know one can get a range of quality. This one falls well in the lower section. There is a Garden Inn very nearby that is markedly better. The Hampton was very worn and not as clean as one would like to see in common areas. We had to use the laundry in the Marriott next door since Hamptons was not working. Marriott public space was tons more impressive
