We are lucky and got two nights stay at the lodge. The room is spacious and clean. The back of our room is facing mountain and is 5 minuets away from window view point. There is a lot of hiking trails around hotel. We loved the food in the restaurant. By the way, no WiFi at lodge. The only weak access is at restaurant area. We can see moon and stars clearly in the evening.

Had a great time in Big Bend National Park. So glad we were able to secure reservations at Chisos Mt.Lodge.
The room was large, clean, and had a beautiful view. The restaurant was great. Good food. The area is beautiful with many great hiking trails. Would recommend this park.

The view from our room is very beautiful. There is a general store and a restaurant nearby. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area. Room is nothing fancy but it is comfortable and good size.

Two couples shared a Roosevelt Cottage. Small beds, one bath, but to be close to the views of nature you sacrifice. Meals at restaurant were pretty good. All in all a fine three night visit. Dark sky photos are possible above lodge and of course sunsets looking towards The Window.

In middle of nowhere and that’s the best thing about this place. Various hiking trails and camp sites nearby. Has a great restaurant and which even offers to pack breakfast/lunch to take with you on the hike. Rooms are big and all rooms come with a small terrace. I would recommend it if you would like to start the hike early in the morning.
