Climb the steps from High Street, and keep climbing once inside. This B&B offers a small lunch counter upstairs with a table or two, but also offers outdoor seating in good weather. Sandwiches, soups, quiche at fair prices. Best of all, the young lady behind the counter is cheery and professional all the way. They also sell jams, jellies, coffee beans, tea, etc.

Very pleasant and quaint. Food was very good and not expensive. Cook/waitress gave it a very homey feel as well as friendly conversation! Food was good and I would recommend this restaurant.

Comfortable bed, excellent food, and the kitchen was open at 6a on New Years Day!!! This place is charming, inviting, and in a very good location. Plenty of places to drink, eat, and be merry within a short walk.

We rode 30 miles on the trail from whites ferry and stayed the night at the inn. What a great place very rustic and clean. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend this place!

My Husband and I stopped in to grab a meal before going on the ghost tour down the street. We both ordered the filet mignon and it was probably the best steak we've ever had. The food was great, the waitress was great. The room is small with limited and tight seating, but that's expected from such an old building and they do have outside seating, we just happened in on a rainy evening. It was neat to be in the heart of town in such an old building, watching people pass the window. The only complaint is the lack of detailed cleaning. The ceiling fan was covered in dust, and there were dead bees all over the windowsill. Other than that, it was a good experience.
