“as expensive as it is breautiful”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 February 2012

This is a very nice track, well maintained with the beauty of Acadia surrounding the course. The location is close to Bar Harbor and if you want to treat yourself play this course. However you will easily spend $100 or more for the day and the people who workk there think a lot of themselves.
Hope you can hit a straight dirve and watch out for ticks in the woods if you don't.

“Just as good as ever”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 October 2011

I was a member at Kebo until I moved far enough away and grew just enough older to limit the rounds I play, but I played yesterday (10/9/11) and found it to be as great an experience as I remembered; and I very nearly made a par on #8 -- not bad for a 106 "golfer."

“I never visit Bar Harbor without a trip to Kebo Valley.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 September 2011

I never visit Bar Harbor without a trip to Kebo Valley. It's a great old golf course (one of the oldest in the country), with history, great character, and set in one of the prettiest settings of any course I've played. . . It abuts the national park, so bring your camera. It is accessible but challenging for all skill levels. Greens are small, fast and challenging. The course is always in great shape, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Relatively affordable for a resort-area course and usually easy to get a tee time. It's also relatively easy to finish in 4 to 4 1/2 hours, so you can finish a round early and still spend quality time with the non-golfers in your party.

“A great links course.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 September 2011

This course is a beauty. The layout is a traditional links course and the holes mix it up with great par 3s and longer challenging holes. Overall good condition on the course. We even saw a doe with her fawn cross the course.
