Our room was Bldg E 608 and we traveled with family (5). We liked the accommodations and were comfortable in the 2 bedroom unit. It had 1 master bedroom and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. The master did not have complete privacy due to a loft style design. It overlooked the living room, but had a nice view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and so was the pull out couch. We liked having the full kitchen as we prepared many meals there. Everything we needed was provided and we liked having a dishwasher too! Our only complaint would be that the AC located on the first floor was not powerful enough to circulate throughout the unit. The upstairs was pretty warm most of the time. Our saving grace were the ceiling fans and the breeze that is common on this side of Maui. The pool and Jacuzzi was small but decent and there were some grills and restrooms available there. All the staff was friendly and the grounds were kept very clean. Parking can be a pain, but we always managed to find one.

We enjoyed the easy access to the beach which was a short walk- across the street. The pool at the sister property Sands of Kahana was great and adjacent to The BeachHouse restaurant with a full bar. We hung out there to watch the sunset and swim too.

We had a one bedroom condo with a pullout couch in the living room; we slept 3 adults and 2 young kids comfortably. It is home away from home. The kitchen has alll the supplies you need for a family dinner. There's a SMALL washer and dryer. We did at least one load everyday; they supply the detergent. Nice pool with barbecuing. The beach is across the street which is convenient. Housekeeping does light cleaning once a week. My only complaint is the AC is in the living room and does not reach the bedroom. Both rooms are on opposite sides. There is always a nice breeze to keep you cool but our room was close to the highway so you could hear EVERYTHING. Nice neighborhood; went running a couple of times with no safety concerns.

The 2 bedroom was nice--E403, I DO wish there was a bathroom on the main floor. Rooms were nice & clean. It was disconcerting to not have a full wall in the Master Bedroom area---I could hear everything from downstairs. The kitchen was well-stocked. which is always nice!
I was concerned with the pool not being sparkly clean....

We stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed our two bedroom unit. The location is nice, close enough to Lahaina and shopping, but just a bit removed from all that. The property is just across the street from the beach and there are two pools you have access too as well. One pool has a hot tub and gas BBQ's on site for use. There is a nice looking tennis court as well. Our unit had a great ocean view and balcony on the top (6th) floor of the building, with views of both Molokai and Lanai. I think all the timeshares are ocean view, but I'm not 100% on that. Our unit was a two bedroom, meaning it was two stories, with both beds and both baths upstairs, loft style. Both bedrooms as well as the living room had like 40" LCD tv's and a the living room had a blue ray as well. Theres a pullout couch downstairs for up to two additional guests. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to save money by cooking in.
On the downside, the units have a single in window AC unit that runs constantly and does nothing to cool the upstairs. We found that by turning it off in the evening and opening all the windows and slider, the place got cooler naturally. There are shutter style windows upstairs and up high that when opened really let the heat out, especially through the night. But beware, it rains regularly and it can come in.
Also, the fixtures in the unit were not all matching, nothing major, but it's the little things. Some were satin nickel, some chrome, etc. light switches were kind of random and hard to figure out what went to what, they too were all different styles, like the contractor just used what was on hand. Finally the ceiling fans were of the cheapest variety, though they are super valuable and need to run constantly.
They gave free coffee packs, sugar, cream etc; good bathroom stuff like lotion and nice soaps. The washer/dryer did its job and came with a bucket of soap. Beach and bath towels are both provided. Also of note, they come in once during your week and clean the place and change linens etc.
All in all, nice place, nice location, could have done a better job on the last renovation.

Clean, well maintained location across the street from the ocean. Easy beach access. Unit E405 - 2 BR. 2 level. Bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. AC downstairs. Service was quick and great. Lots of parking. No ocean view, but eas access to beaches. Would give 5 stars if on the beach. If you want to be on the beach, stay at the Sands of Kahana (very nice updated 2 BR's, but no AC). Short easy walks to the Maui Brewery Brew Pub and farmers market. Short walk to see turtles on the beach. None of these condos in Kahana are like the big 5-star hotels in Kaanapali, but if that's what you were looking for, you wouldn't be reading this review. Mid-week clean up great. Great breakfast across the street at the Beach House. Even better a couple miles up the road at the Gazebo. Enjoy. Aloha!

Room Tip: Reserve well in advance
