I feel like the captain didn’t have patience to wait for the whales to surface. I felt like she chased every spout she saw. We would pull away and the whales would surface and then she would speed back.

BEST CREW! Knowledgeable, fun and NEVER a dull moment! The whales came right up to our boat several times... they only had 7 of us on the boat so, everyone had plenty of opportunity to get up close to the whales! BEST DEAL EVER!

Super knowledgeable crew! Not only are they full of great info but they are hilarious and kept us laughing. Our family had an amazing time and we got to see the mother and babies whales for majority of the time we were out there. They surpassed our expectations and made this trip way worth the money! We are booking another trip while we are here!

Amazing! We were no more than five feet from at least five whales, and saw breeches, dives, and fin slaps. My friend who lives on Maui has done ten whale watches and said this was by far the best he's ever seen. Highly recommend.

Review of: Up-Close Whale Watch Boat Tour from Lahaina
Hawaii Ocean Rafting is a great company. This was our 4th ocean excursion with them, and they once again rocked it! This trip we did the Whale Watch with Joey and Lena, and they were fantastic! They had detailed knowledge on the whales, and went above and beyond to give us a great day. We got to see a lot of whales, 2 breaches in very close distance, pec slapping , tail diving, and even a baby whale. Hawaii Ocean Rafting has a great crew, and I highly recommend them to everyone. They are the only tour we will do on Maui.

Review of: Up-Close Whale Watch Boat Tour from Lahaina
My buddy and I went for a whale watching tour with captain Sean (sp?) on 21-1-8 9:30am slot, and had a blast!
We were fortunate to see a ton of humpback whales. Flukes, fins, and spouts very close to the raft. Breaches farther off the raft. Even had a number of whales swim right beside or under the raft!! The raft was awesome in that we were so close to the water and the whales.
Sean was very knowledgeable about humpbacks and shared plenty of interesting facts and info about them during the tour. Highly recommend checking this out when in Lahaina!
