This hotel has it all!! Amazing views, shopping, hospitality, cleanliness, and all the Hawaiian Island experience one could wish for. If you are ever planning a trip to Maui, this hotel is the place to stay, especially their ocean view rooms with a private balcony. They offer transportation to key local shopping and dining and have just about anything else you can think of right at your fingertips. You will not be disappointed in your stay here.

Great room, great location. Great for kids. Room was fully renovated. In Hawaii anywhere, check that the hotel was fully renovated recently. They tend to have a lot of old overpriced hotels. This location was really up to normal modern standards.

Great resort, perfect location and wonderful staff. Could not have asked for anything more. Five minute walk to Black rock and snorkeling with giant sea turtles. Whalers Village shopping next door. Multiple restaurant choices within 100 yards.

Room Tip: Ocean or mountain view are both spectacular.

Loved being right on the beach - was never crowded at the beach though it was tough to land a shady poolside spot. The food is ridiculous and overpriced - just leave the property to get much better quality at much better price. The parking was often crowded, but were able to get valet parking comped most of those nights when the self-park was full.

Trip of a lifetime. From snorkeling to waterfalls. The entire island is wonderful polite. The laid back atmosphere makes for a relaxing off the clock experience. The staff at the hotel are amazing! Conveniently located to the Whalers Village and a short ride by Uber ($12) to Front Street where Fleetwoods and tons of local shopping and eateries are available! The road to Hana is a bucket list must see adventure!
