We were welcome with the lie when checked in. All the staff were courteous and always look happy. Our kids enjoyed the amenities the resort offers such as the pool, the ping pong table and the cornhole outdoor games. Our family enjoyed the club lounge amenities through out our stay. Overall, an excellent resort and location.

This hotel is top notch, excellent staff, very convenient, tons of amenities and lots of activities! We were really impressed with the stay, and would recommend it to anyone. The one thing we didn't care for was the included breakfast, honestly you can get a lot better elsewhere for the cost of tipping the staff there.

Hyatt Maui resort and spa was such a treat!

I highly recommend this resort if you’re looking to stay in Ka’anapali. It’s a short drive away from both Lahaina and the Northwest (Napili, Kapalua, etc) so the location is fantastic.

Everything was so smooth - from check in to check out. Check in literally took 3-4 minutes which was critical as we were exhausted from our 15+ hour travel.

I love the towel check out / return system as well. We were able to take as many towels as we needed (ofc taking care to not be wasteful) and return them in a drop box. So convenient.

The staff was so helpful, warm, and welcoming - at no point did the vibe feel pretentious or intimidating.

Note the beach in front of the resort is going through a restoration project but it doesn’t block any views or hinder you from being on the beach - it’s not rly noticeable - honestly though, it didn’t matter for us because we spent most of our day out of the resort exploring the island and other beaches. We used the resort more for early morning walks, sunsets and evening relaxation on the pool chairs, etc. (there is also a uluani’s shave ice on property right next to the pool. amazing. Perfect afternoon snack.)

Our room in the Napili tower was spectacular - we were upgraded to an ocean view somehow. Spacious, clean, modern. I loved the small details (light sensors on the sides of the bed for when you wake up in the dark?? amazing). Bathroom was also very spacious. I felt so relaxed every time we came back from a long day in the sun.

Would definitely recommend this resort to others!!!!

We were greeted right away and checked in very quickly. The hotel was very fresh and clean (including roaming vac robots). The staff was wonderful throughout! The grounds are very well maintained and manicured and the flowers and the birds everywhere.

The hotel has an open air feel that makes you feel like you are always outside where you are listening to birds, waterfalls and the ocean.

They give you a room key that is a bracelet which was such a brilliant idea, we were never digging for a room card!

The gift shop was very reasonable, not more than the local ABC Shops.

We ate at Japenga and the atmosphere was lovely and the food delicious! The breakfast buffet was a wonderful variety, I don't recommend the eggs, they were rubbery.

Room tip: Our oceanfront room was in the far south tower which might be more quite if that is what you are wanting.

Very nice resort with great location right on the boardwalk/beach. The pool has a "pool bar" which is some photos looks like a swim-up bar....but it is not (you have to get out of the pool to get to it). The pool also has no jacuzzi or spa. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again, but would probably opt for a resort with a jacuzzi/spa.
