Lovely studio apartment.
Located just off Kihei road, but it's quiet and there are plenty of amenities. Lanai overlooks the center courtyard with tennis court, swimming pool and BBQ area. Onsite laundry room was clean and inexpensive.
Beach is a block away - can you say "Sunsets!" and restaurants are a short jaunt.
The room we stayed in had new updates with laminate flooring, small kitchen, king size bed and futon as well as wifi service.
Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in unit B213 for two weeks in January 2017. This is an older complex, although many units, like ours have been upgraded. Unit B213 was clean and modern. The King bed was very comfortable and the furnishings & kitchen were great. Bathroom/shower great. Lots of beach stuff (chairs, snorkel, etc). The Management company provided helpful information. Good free WiFi. The washer/dryer are not in the unit - it's a pay laundry across the other side of the complex. The communal hot tub was great. The negatives: (1) unheated pool (low seventies F in January) - very few people using it for that reason. (2) a long walk to the main area of Kihei (about 2 miles) you need a car or have to take the bus (3) a noisy and relatively ineffective air conditioner in the unit. We since determined that for the price we paid (or slightly more), you can find condos closer to the action with better A/C, heated pools and in-house washer/dryers.

Room Tip: Units further away from the highway are quieter. The 'A' building is closest to the hwy and noisiest.

We stayed here for a week last November for our honeymoon and it was perfect!
Our little Villa was cozy, clean and had all the amenities needed. The pool area was nice and had a BBQ spot. Plenty space for parking in case you rent a car. Very quiet and peaceful at night.

I highly recommend this place if you are in Kihei

We stayed here four our 20th anniversary. Unit 149. Parking is plentiful and everybody there is very nice. Even the locals didn't mind us tourists. Right across the street is a nice little beach with a barrier around it. Wading depth out to it. We saw some sea turtles hanging out. It's great for small children. Everything you need is just down the street on Kihei Road. If we ever get a chance to come back to Maui we will try to stay here again!

Kihei is a great base for seeing the rest of the island. The complex has a few permanent residents who were absolutely great people! They were friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome! My Mum left her phone on the bench outside one evening and when she had realised and I went out to look for it the person who had found it had left their number on a piece of paper in a zip lock bag taped to the bench! Thank you Lauren. A big shout out to all the other people who contributed to making our stay so lovely. Ricky, Randy, Dean, Larry, and John. The staff at AAOcean rentals as well, for their quick response in sorting out a problem we had. It is a great budget rental with all you need, there is a beach right across the street! Super place super people
