I came to Princeville for the Easter holiday and wanted a cozy condo to stay during my holiday. A friend told me about this Paniolo condo; they had stayed there and loved it. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in the front door. It is well decorated and very clean. The lanai is lovely; it overlooks the golf course and the trail to Anini Beach. Sitting out on the Lanai was heaven listening to the birds and feeling the tropical breeze. It felt secluded as I never saw anyone pass by. The Princeville Shopping Center is across the street and across a park-there is a trail and takes about 5 minutes to walk. Foodland for food shopping, a wine store and plenty of restaurants, ice cream, shave ice and pizza along with gift shops for browsing. I loaded up on breakfast food, snacks and wine; the kitchen is well equipped. It was such a pleasure to have breakfast on the lanai and then at the end of the day enjoy a snack with a glass of wine on the lanai and enjoy the peace and quiet of wind rustling through the trees and the birds singing. The bed was really comfortable and the area was quiet at night. It is an easy walk to the Westin (there is a Starbuck's there!), the St. Regis (go for the amazing sunsets & drinks) & the beach there, Queens Bath, Hideaways Beach and Anini Beach. Hanalei is only a 10 minute drive. This was the perfect location, comfortable and fabulous price. I am definitely staying at this Paniolo condo for my next trip to Kauai.
