Had the SAME offerings for the length of our stay. At $35 per person (plus tax) this venue disappointed BIG time. Wait! The silver dollar pancakes were fine and so was the smoked salmon. The rest? Feh..

My daughter and son-in-law and I had a special anniversary dinner here. KeKao, our server, was so helpful and friendly. He recommended the special and it was delicious.

We had dinner at tidepools twice while staying at Hyatt, first time was a bit of a disaster but talked to manager and gave them another chance and very glad we did, this review is for the later dinner.
Always great ambiance and menu, amazing food with best prime rib in a long time and fantastic service, very pleasant memorable experience.

Came here for a work dinner at the Grand Hyatt. It's nice because there are tables right by the koi ponds. However, at one point at dinner the koi were going wild - jumping up and making a splash! We thought they wanted us to throw them some bread or something.

They have a nice drink menu - the Moscow mules were yummy.

For food we tried:
The special appetizer - mussels in curry. It was just ehh.
Ahi poke - fish was fresh and dish was good
A couple others in the group ordered the fish special for the night and the presentation was very nice!

Overall, the service was great, food was A OK, nothing outstanding.

Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of this romantic restaurant. The food was so good - I highly recommend the Thai Coconut soup - best soup ever! Everything was fresh and well prepared. Great place for a celebration. Came back later for dessert - their little doughnut thing was delightful. Highly recommend!
