Food options and shopping near by.
Friendly staff
Less expensive than other options
TV with cable in room but walls so thin neighbors asked us to turn it down and it was already pretty low.
Free wifi worked well.
Stale smell in room, no screen on window
Wish it had been cleaner
Older property offers the bare essentials
stayed for one night, that was enough

We stayed here a few time before and absolutely love it. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Made our stay pleasant. We love the quietness and central location which is walking distance to Parker Ranch shopping Center. And the Paniolo Restaurant is located next door for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will definitely stay here again. Mahalo

The room I stayed in smelled awful like it had been unoccupied for a long time. I had to open the windows and the door for a while to air it out. The back side of the curtains were so moldy they were almost completely black. The sheets on both beds were stained so I slept with my clothes on. There are other hotels around for similar prices. Please stay somewhere else.

Aloha,

Thank you for your feedback. We have replaced our stained curtains and I have reviewed your comment with our housekeeping staff so that they can triple check our sheets for any stains. We appreciate your comment as we will use them to improve.

This is an older property in a central location near the beautiful eastern coast of the Big Island. It offers the bare essentials. There is a good restaurant on the neighboring property and beautiful views of the surrounding hills from the rooms.

The location of this place is great if you want to stay in Waimea a couple of days, but it is DIRTY! It's an old, tired property. The lights in the room were so dim that we could barely see. When we opened the drapes, we saw that the room was dirty, especially the bathtub. If they would clean this place up, it would be OK.

Room Tip: Don't stay here
