We stayed here for the first 7 nights of our honeymoon in the king room with a fire place. The room was nicely renovated. They are still working on the outside of the hotel but this hasn't bothered us.

The hotel is on walking distance from all the base lifts.

We didn't have much contact with the staff. But when we did they we're friendly and helpful.

All staff in Teton is super friendly in the stores and the restaurants.

I will recommend a stay here

Just spent a one week visit at the Inn at Jackson Hole. Hotel location is great.

•Right at the base of the mountain. Couldn’t ask for anything better.
•We had a standard room with two queen beds which was completely remodeled.
•free laundry
•small hotel , not walking far
•The rest of the hotel needs some updating which I understand which will start in a couple of weeks.
•They came in everyday to give us clean towels and make the bed, but that is all they did.
•No cleaning was performed.
•They never dusted, wiped the floor down. •With the heat going constantly there was always a lot of dust.
•After 6pm , there isn’t much to do there. •The food choices are very slim for the whole Teton Valley
•they had nice soaps and shampoo cleaners and the pumps never worked and they never refilled them

Stayed in a standard room on 3rd floor. Pros: Clean, newly renovated room with nice linen, good housekeeping and comfy bed. Easy, quick walk to all lifts/tram/goldolas. Spa clean and hot. Good wifi. Cons: No lift access.Told room was ready but opened door to find room not cleaned or made up. Informed reception who apologised and said will have room cleaned. We wanted to leave our bags in room but was told a full clean would not happen if the bags were there so had to bring bags back downstairs again only to take them back up after room was ready. No offer to bring from staff to bring bags down and replace once room was ready. No fridge in room - apparently standard for a standard room therefore had to keep cold items outside on verandah and bring it at night to stop them freezing. No ski/boot storage and told to keep skis in room. Heater kept room warm but is super noisy when running. Thin walls so can hear conversations through walls, but this seems to be a given in most hotels these days! Had booked with breakfast included but was informed a week before arrival that breakfast was no longer included (?due to renovations) so small refund of about $28/day given prior to arrival. Overall an ok stay for the price and did the job.

Right now this is an economical way to stay at the base of Jackson Hole. The interior of our room on the fourth floor has been nicely redone, but the exterior is vintage. Our one complaint is that you can't really call something a kitchenette if you can't make fried eggs. A sink and a microwave is more of a mini-bar. Also, the Green Mountain Keurig cups make surprisingly weak coffee.

The facilities are currently in flux pending the rebuild due for 2018/19. At that time it will undoubtedly triple in price to the level of the surrounding hotels.

Room Tip: 4th floor units are lofts with high ceilings.

A pleasant place to stay. Handy to the snow, and the main desk have been happy to help whenever we’ve sought advice. Room is large, and the bed very comfortable. The heating is good, and the staff have kept facilities very clean. Bathroom is nice and large, and good hot water available. The spa is also hot.
