I, my son and my friends have stayed 3 times in the four seasons hotel Jackson Hole and have to say this hotel was the highlight of our drive/ski holiday once again. All the staff were exceptional from the Peruvian girls doing the housekeeping to the Valet staff with the cars and with the skis.Breakfast was the highlight of the day with the delicious food and the really wonderful engaging staff. The restaurants/bars get very crowded at lunch time because the place is ski in ski out and its easy to get to and out of after a great Lunch. Its a expensive place for us poor cousins from Australia with our weak dollar but World Class and worthy of the near Bankruptcy.

The staff was excellent from the valet, housekeeping, event staff to the front desk. An exceptional ski in and out. Great casual bar and grill and upscale restaurant. Beautiful spa with a decent work out room. Don't forget Four Seasons offer a free test drive of a Mercedes for one day of your stay! Take one of the Mercedes and visit the the quaint downtown or one of the nearby National Parks.

Property is nice and cozy. Typical four seasons service. The main advantage is the location, which is right at the base of the mountain for perfect ski on ski off. The dining is fine but uninspired but it's right in Teton Village so there are plenty of options

The spa at the Four Seasons is wonderful for a full day of relaxing and enjoying the amenities. There is a pool, jacuzzi, some nice magazines, teas, cookies and a steam room. Everything one would want while soaking and being left alone. Every treatment I got was up to par or above. No gaslighting here, you feel out of your mind because it's out of mind goooood.Oh and the Oscar De La Renta jacket they had for sale two winters ago, only a fine establishment would carry a piece of clothing like that. I will never forget it, beyond words. White fox fur and floral designs.

We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole for 4 nights. It was our first time there, and the hotel is stunning ... great location, furnishings, artwork, etc. Although we didn't ski, it is perfect for skiing because you can ski in / ski out, and they have a wonderful ski concierge. They take the work out of skiing, so you can fully enjoy the experience. I heard several people say positive things about the ski concierge.

Accommodations: Our suite was beautifully furnished, with a darling terrace, wonderful bath products, and a cozy fireplace. On our first night there, the people above us had a party and the music and screaming kept us up until the wee hours. I did call the front desk to complain, and they said they'd check on it, but the noise continued. The remaining 3 nights were OK, but there was always noticeable noise above us in the middle of the night (loud mechanical-type noises), so we never slept well. My daughters can sleep through anything, and even they couldn't sleep through the noise. We were in a 3-bedroom suite, which was very expensive, so a good night's sleep would've been appreciated. Housekeeping is hit and miss. They do turn-down service every other night, which is fine, but different from other Four Seasons that we've stayed at. One day we came back to our room in early evening and found our terrace doors propped open with a table blocking them. Our room was absolutely freezing! I called to ask about it, assuming housekeeping had propped them open, but was told that wasn't the case. That left me worried that an unauthorized person had entered our room. I never did get an explanation for it. Another day we found bathroom cabinet doors open and towels on top of our toiletry bags on the counter. Odd.

Restaurants: The Westbank Grill is very good. We went there multiple times, and always had great food and service. We also ate a light dinner in Ascent Lounge one night, which was also good, with a nice atmosphere, but service is slow ... and it wasn't crowded at all. The children's menus in the restaurants are limited (the usual items), so it would be nice to see a little variety there.

Pool/Whirlpools: We used the whirlpool almost every night. There are multiple freeform whirlpools that are wonderful! They also have a heating unit next to them where you can place your robes and get warm towels ... so nice! We never found the cocoa, but maybe that's only in early evening.

One of the biggest differences between this Four Seasons and other Four Seasons that we've stayed at, is the staff and service. It's good here, but not compared to their other properties. We were never recognized by our names, the staff weren't particularly helpful in assisting us with planning things to do during our stay, and overall just not very friendly. Even when we left, the valet attendant watched me struggle to load our suitcases into the car, before offering to help. That basically summed up the staff's attitude. There were a few exceptions, and some friendly staff members, but we didn't encounter many. I've stayed in a lot of Four Seasons properties, and never had an issue with the cost because the service is incredible, but I can't say that this stay was worth the money.

Room Tip: I'd avoid suite 752. it was really noisy above us .. perhaps there's a mechanical room up there.
