Best thing is it is in downtown Jackson. Simple, clean units. No amenities. Hot tub broke and looks like they will not fix. Not staffed often, seems a secondary resort to one down the street. Staff is nice and helpful when they are there.

This is a fantastic location! You can walk to everything in town - restaurants, shopping, etc. However, if you're looking for nicer, upscale accommodations, this is not the place. Very basic rooms which haven't been updated in decades. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

This is a tough review to do. If you're looking for a resort with lots of amenities, this is not the place. If you're looking for a room that is near the Jackson Town Square, this is the place for you. Lots of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. There's a small bagel shop just a couple buildings down...and just past, that a small market. Most things are within walking distance.

We had a two bdrm unit and it was a decent size (upstairs unit #15). One bedroom has a bathroom and TV. The other room is about the same size but doesn't have a bathroom nor a TV. There's also a TV in the living room area and a second bathroom near the front door. Our unit was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, stove, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. Unfortunately, there is no laundry facility in the room or on the premises...you got to run down the street to a laundromat.

If you're coming to Jackson to ski, you can actually ride the bus all the way to Jackson Hole ski resort. I think it is called the "Blue Bus" which will save you on parking at the resort (front lot-$20 OR far lot-$10, but free if 3 or more in your vehicle).

Now this facility is older and rustic in style. I don't know how old it is, but it appears to be vintage. It's nothing to rave about and definitely not a "resort" as you might envision. Basically, it's like going to your apartment. Free WiFi here. A parking lot is provided too. Now the staff were really friendly..."they can only work with what they got!" This place works OK...I'd stay here again, but will probably see what else is available before selecting it...testing the other waters I guess.

This place met my expectations. The reviews are very honest so I was not surprised. Having no air conditioning, it is a must to have the windows open as it gets quite warm and the noise outside was significant as was the noise of people walking upstairs. The management does not respond to anything broken or requested which was as expected. All in all it is a nice clean place to stay.

Room Tip: Maybe second floor - don't know

Location was excellent - only two blocks from Jackson town square. The unit furnishings and appliances were also very nice. However, that sums up all the good points. The unit was small, with barely enough storage space for one person let alone the rated 3 people in the unit. Also the building was older with creaky floors and ceiling. We could hear every step taken by the people above us. The front desk was open approximately 16 hours per week. Staff at the sister facility were not particularly friendly or informative, although they did provide useful information when asked detailed questions. There were outdoors grills, but no other amenities or activities. The hot tub was drained. Except for the location, I suggest staying at one of the Hilton properties.

Room Tip: Take the climb up to the second floor if you don't want to hear people walking around all night. There are no elevators.
