“Very nice stay”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 June 2012

We stayed for 5 nights on our recent trip to Jackson Hole. The hotel is convenient to the town square and the Grand Tetons. Our room had nice, comfy beds, large shower (no tub), and free wi-fi. They also have complimentary do-it-yourself laundry, and a "business center" where you can use a computer, print documents, etc. We do wish our room had a fridge and/or coffee maker. We had breakfast in their restaurant one morning, and it was good (but not spectacular). Overall, it was a very good experience.

We are glad that you enjoyed your week-long stay and were able to see the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks while you were with us. The mountains and trails of the National Parks so close to our town boast stunning natural features beyond compare.

Thank you for your compliments on our well-appointed rooms and suites. The glass-encased showers, porcelain tile, and inlaid granite countertops are all part of our multi-million dollar renovation. We offer complimentary laundry facilities on the second floor, for your convenience after the day’s adventures. Next time you stay with us, should you need a fridge or coffeemaker they are available upon request at the Front Desk. We are happy our amenities made your trip a more expedient one.

Our breakfast menu was crafted by Chef Jason Mitchell who has cooked in New York and San Francisco, with many accolades. Our chef only uses organic and sustainably harvested ingredients. Some mouthwatering choices include steel-cut oatmeal of the highest quality, fresh organic fruit, apple-wood hickory-smoked ham, farm-fresh, free-range organic eggs, and malted buttermilk pancakes with 100% pure Vermont maple syrup.

Thank you for your review, and we hope you will stay with us again soon.

Beautiful lobby and some of the most comfortable beds ever! Be sure to sit by the large fireplace while eating your delicious complimentary cookies and take some time to view the stunning photography on display as well. Great breakfast in downstairs restaurant - come hungry!

What a wonderful description of the stunning beauty, soothing ambiance, and ultimate relaxation our guests experience while staying at The Wyoming Inn. We are ecstatic your experience at The Wyoming Inn was one to remember.

Upon arriving at The Wyoming Inn you will be greeted in our Grand Lobby, accented with the finest woods and hand-craftsmanship, genuine leather sofas and chairs, and the “stunning” photography (as you mentioned) by Thomas Manglesen all around.

Lounge into relaxation and let stress dissolve like ice sitting beside our hot glowing fireplace, oversized and inlaid with the finest slate. We hope you’ll enjoy it, sharing laughs, stories, or a glass of fine wine with family and friends.

We present distinctive cuisine- and it is really a treat. We are proud of our new culinary team who offers us the freshest and most succulent lamb, the juiciest hearty red steak, and the freshest line-caught salmon in Jackson. In short, we offer the finest food of any Inn or Hotel in Jackson.

Thank you for your support of our new breakfast and dinner restaurant Wild Grass and for your excellent praise of The Wyoming Inn.

Regards,

Mike Solis

We got an upgraded room with fireplace and huge bathroom/large shower to celebrate an anniversary. The room was perfect w/huge bed, extra large flat screen, etc.

Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but they had changed the policy, luckily we had a printout so they honored it.

Customer service was top notch from start to finish, and the breakfast, which we upgraded was amazing.

Laundry was free (do it yourself) and there was even detergent!!!

Can't say enough about how nice this place is. The art is amazing. Everything is super clean and even the maids and maintenance guys were friendly. Out of a several week trip of mixed accomodations this was easily our favorite stay...we only wish it could have been longer!!!

Room Tip: Get an upgraded room, one with a fireplace and king bed.

Everything about this hotel is superb. The rooms are great and the service is terrific. We did not have dinner in the restaurant but did have breakfast their twice and it was excellent. The only thing that would make this hotel better is if it were located in the heart of Jackson rather than 6 - 8 blocks away. I recommend it highly.

Your compliment: “Everything about this hotel is superb” is a brilliant illustration of our Inn. Our staff is committed to creating an outstanding experience for each and every guest.

We are ready to provide you with the must-see and must-do activities that turn sight-seeing into an interactive mountain experience. We are willing to open the doors to the best of Jackson and surrounding area. Instead of just a place to stay, The Wyoming Inn is your gateway to a meaningful, exciting vacation.

While you are here, you’ll receive the best of everything-whether it is from our top-of-the-line restaurant, soothing premium bedding, hand-carved wood furnishings, or on-call massage therapy which makes us a step above every other hotel in Jackson.

Sequestered only one mile from the town square, our location is the perfect mix of seclusion and proximity to town excursions, mountain exploration, and every other outdoor activity in the Grand Teton and Yellowstone Parks. Your western getaway should be a genuine occasion incorporating solitude that helps make memories.

Our goal is to give you much more than a “stay.” We hope your time with us is an “experience.”

Thank you for your thoughtful review.

Beautiful Inn - room was very clean and bed comfortable (2 night stay). Friendly staff and great service. Nice restaurant in the hotel. Hotel is located right on Broadway and is convenient to town and the Tetons. Jackson area has many restaurants (fine and casual) and a nice variety of shops. FYI - No coffee maker in room - was told upon checkout they will supply one if requested.

Room Tip: Room views are not the best but that is due to location of Inn and we were there to visit the Tetons...

Thank you for listing the many amenities we offer here at The Wyoming Inn, with the intention of enhancing the quality of our guest’s experiences during their time with us.

We receive many compliments concerning all areas of our dynamic Inn. One of the most frequent is the undisturbed sleep our guests dream about on our Simmons Pillow-Top mattresses, topped with three-hundred thread-count sheets, and duvets that make your lids heavy. Only the best rest for those that stay with us.

Our guest service agents are top-notch in their field, because they are committed to supplying individually tailored information regarding direction to events, locations, and activities; high levels of service, and provide for you those essential amenities which make your personalized vacation most memorable.

These include but are not limited to; the grand opening of our new restaurant serving breakfast and dinner called Wild Grass, headed by our own Chef Jason Mitchell, private chef to the Governor of Minnesota, and esteemed professional who has cooked for President Bush, and worked in restaurants in Manhattan and San Francisco. He serves up traditional breakfast which is sure to get you going, and uses sustainable, organic, and regional ingredients. His dinners include his incredible lamb, mouth-watering beef, line-caught salmon, and desserts to crave. Our restaurant is sure to please the senses with an unforgettable meal.

Another wonderful amenity of our Inn is our on-call personal massage therapist, ready to attend to you in-room at a time of your choosing. After a day's events scheduled by our Guest Service Associates, our guests can't wait to return to the great stone fireplace in our lobby and enjoy a fine organic wine, or comforting beverage of their choice.

Thank you for your visit, and your appraisal.

The Wyoming Inn-more than just an Inn-and to all others, beyond compare.

Fond Regards,

Mike Solis
