“VALUE and For beginners great choice”
Reviewed 26 March 2012

Grandsons had been sking only once before esp because lift tickets only $39 adult and $34 teen GREAT price. Snow was not great but not resort fault. Would go again with beginners did not check out any but green slopes not sure blue. Only one good green slope if you like wide open others were chutes.

Overall good choice

“Great place to start!”
Reviewed 25 March 2012

Took a group of teens, only 1 had ever been skiing before. Went on a Wednesday and almost had the place to ourselves! Got great treatment by the staff! The weather was gorgeous! We skied in shirt sleeves. Lots of great trails and no lines on the lift!!!! Parking and food within very close range of slopes. Excellent place for beginners and novices. Prices good too!

“First time skiing, it was a good experience”
Reviewed 18 March 2012

My family went here for our first skiing trip with friends who are experienced skiers. I can't compare to other ski areas but this was a good experience. The prices were much cheaper than in Colorado and there were no crowds. We were able to practice on the beginner slope with plenty of room to move (and fall down a lot). We eventually made it to a green slope which was enough challenge for us. We will probably come back for more next year. Our friends said the runs were shorter/narrower than others they have done but the price and low crowds made this an excellent choice, especially for beginners.

“Busy In-side for lift tickets & rentals, no wait to get on lifts”
Reviewed 16 March 2012

We went to Snowy Range last month and had a great experience. We went back again and I have to say getting your lift tickets and rentals takes a long time. We got there an hour and fifteen minutes before the kids lessons and just barely got them out the door in time. It was so busy inside, and Snowy Range lost our on-line reservations. They did the right thing but it took time.

The conditions of the run were either slushy or icy but so was every ski resort in Colorado too due to the warm weather. They had no lines for the ski lifts. Our kids did great and the family we brought had a great time too. Mike does a great job with private lessons and we will go back again/

“Great Place to Ski”
Reviewed 2 March 2012

My buddy and I went skiing here over days, the snow was great, people were so friendly, and the mountain was excellent for the price. The lift lines were nonexistant and the cafe/apres ski was great, love that Extra Gold :-D. Laramie is really close and a great town HWY 131 can get a little iffy depending on the weather but this place is worth the journey!
