We stayed at Spring Brook this past weekend with another couple. The resort was good. We ate the fish fry at their restaurant, which was very good. The condo was very comfortable and was much better than a hotel.More

Rented a 6 bedroom 4 bathroom house. Nicely appointed kitchen plenty of room, but one major flaw. This house is supposed to accommodate 18 people, however the basement has a single loveseat and the living room has one sofa and and a single upholstered chair. The remaining 12 people get to sit on straight back dining room chairs, the floor or cheap plastic patio chairs! So relaxing it really isn't! In the summer when you can be outside it's probably much better.
There is a also a small motel that is clean and new. However they don't tell you it's not full service. No maid service and and you have to take out your own trash! Shop around, there must be better choices!

This was our 6th annual family birthday celebration at Spring Brook Resort. We've always had a great time, the houses are comfortable, fairly well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Office staff are extremely helpful, and the resort itself is great. We've stayed at 4 different houses and I can't really complain about any of them. Anytime we've encountered a problem, we simply call the office, and it's taken care of ASAP. I highly recommend staying here for any type of vacation.

Dirty is the first word that comes to mind when thinking back on our stay at this property. The first things we noticed were the dirty (very obvious spots) carpets, torn sofa, and the sticky table in the dining area. We were shocked! Discovering these things prompted us to begin searching for other things. We found FILTHY air duct vents with accumulating dust/dirt falling on to the floor right off the kitchen and the plaster in the bathroom was falling off the ceiling.
After cleaning the place we went to the office along with photos to alert the staff. The attendant expressed concern and wrote all of our comments down to share with the appropriate staff. We informed the office that we wanted them address our concerns and that they could come in anytime .
when we returned the ONLY issue addressed was the plaster falling from the bathroom ceiling. The hanging pieces were removed. That's it!! From Friday morning to Sunday morning nothing else was addressed. We definitely would not stay here again.

Condos are very noisy with loud music and parties all through the night even though there are quiet hours posted. No security available. I have never stayed in any condo, hotel, or apartment as unsupervised as this place.

Spring Brook Resort has security on staff year round. We also have a strong relationship with the local law enforcement department which will address noise complaints on property. If still concerned, please ask a front desk staff member to verify the afterhours number at check in. Registration documents also provide the contact information for local law enforcement, hospital/urgent care and after hours maintenance (for emergency home/condo related issues).
Guest satisfaction is of the highest priority. It appears the majority of the condo’s occupants were attending a wedding event during the same time frame. We’ve passed the details of this review on to our event management team with hopes of avoiding future disturbances.

Spring Brook is a great location for a large family trip to the Dells. My family rented Badgers Den, a four bedroom house which sleeps up to 14 people. Unfortunately the three sofa sleepers had mattresses on them that were so worn out that we couldn't use them to sleep on. There were some windows that either had no blinds or some of the pieces of the blinds were missing. Based on the price we paid for the house for three nights I would expect the maintenance to be kept up better. Overall we had a great time and made the best of the situation.
