Stayed here with my brother-in-law & wife and our elderly mother-in-law for a family wedding this fall. We had all the comforts of home and more in this gorgeous, restored lumber baron's mansion. Mike and Donna make you feel right at home and attend to your every need. On top of that, they are delightful company. The rooms are large, bright and beautifully appointed. Breakfasts were even better than they looked. To top it off, homemade muffins were available to eat then (as if anyone had room) or to take for later in the day.
Donna's attention to my elderly mother-in-law was greatly appreciated. The entire family was delighted with our choice of accommodations.
The third floor of this home has been converted into one huge room for crafters (including a conveyer belt so that you don't carry supplies up the stairs) or for a large family party. A complete kitchen is available as well as large screen TV, copier, etc. How I wish my quilting circle lived where we could go there for a week!
What a great value for the money! If you are headed this way, please do stop here. You won't be disappointed.More
