I stayed here on more than one occasion, and this was a quiet, out of the way place located on the far end of Viroqua, WI. Its in a rural area, cows across the road - just beautiful area.

Its a relaxing place, rooms are what you need and private. Owners are a delightful and friendly couple, willing to help if you need anything. I recommend it.

Room Tip: Rooms are a little different. Mostly I had showers, but one room had a tub. Ask if you need a certa...

Stayed for one night while visiting friends and picked this hotels based on their recommendation. Stayed in a single room with queen bed and was surprised by the cleanliness and amenities included in my $60 fee. Upgraded bathroom and comfortable bed . Flatscreen with at least 65 channels, table & chairs and well functioning heater (chilly fall night). Dresser and fridge and Murphy bed included. Hotel was a bit close to the road but traffic was not overly noisy. Breakfast offered was coffee and some pre-packaged danish so that was pretty scant fare. Overall very pleased and will definitely stay again.

Could be the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in!

I only stayed one night,, but would not hesitate to return. Very clean and very friendly owners. The bed and linens were great. Lots of hot coffee in lobby, which is a must for me. My room was in the back building which was very quiet.

This is a very clean, well-maintained motel and we would stay here again if we needed an overnight room in Viroqua. The proprietors are very nice people. As an elite member of IHG, Marriott, and Hilton, this was a refreshing change to the way I remember positive motel experiences.

Our room was in their building closest to the highway. We were told that the double bed occupancy rooms were ONLY in that building. We decided nextime, if we go again, to ask to look at the rooms ahead of time. Being up behind the main building away from facing traffic was what we would've liked.
For the price we paid, it was worth it. $68/night. They charged us $10 more for our 3rd child and remembered our phone conversation/rezervation a little too well. We said we might bring a blowup mattress because they dont have cots.when we asked for extra blankets, they kind of gave us a hard time questioning about our mattress....which, btw, wasn't working well.
Our room was large with two queen beds, a small table and two chairs, 1 dresser, a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was more updated than the room and linens itself, but very clean.
We had a nice flatscreen tv and free wireless. We brought our Roku device and were able to watch our favorite shows.
There is a nice, clean pool, somewhat in need of repair around the edges. The kids loved it and never noticed.
The owner was kind and friendly. She and her husband live within the main building and are always there to help or answer questions. We'd stay there again....if we can get a room away from the highway.

Room Tip: Be careful how much personal info you share when making reservations over the phone, it might be hel...
