What a wonderful retreat for a weekend! Brambleberry Bed & Breakfast was the perfect destination for a weekend get-away to re-connect with a good friend, midway between her home in the Twin Cities and mine near Madison. A lovely setting among the wooded hills, especially beautiful with the fall colors present. Our hosts, Sherry & Chris, were very welcoming and accommodating. Since we had to check out early on Sunday for other obligations, I was hoping for coffee and a piece of bread to go, but Sherry prepared a special early breakfast for us! All the food was fantastic. Saturday dinner is definitely recommended! Our room was very comfortable, with several added special touches. Would definitely recommend this B&B without hesitation! (A bit off the main road, but easy to find with the directions on their website.)

I just returned home from a weekend at the Brambleberry Bed and Breakfast where I met a long-time friend from high school. We had a wonderful weekend of rest, sightseeing, and enjoying the fall festivities around the area.
Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The owners had made every effort to make guests feel comfortable...from luxurious bedding and towels, to complimentary soft drinks near the room.
I cannot say enough about the delicious meals. The breakfasts were sumptuous and delightful. The pizza we had on Friday night was one of the best pizzas I've had. And, the harvest meal on Saturday evening was served elegantly. Several of the foods came from the farm and were cooked to perfection.A restaurant could not rival this lovely meal.
Most of all, Sherrie and Chris made every effort to care for the guests. The table was always set elegantly, and meals were almost celebratory.
This weekend seemed as if we were guests of generous and warm hosts of a country manor .

This B&B does everything right. We have been meeting friends twice a year at a B&B in the Midwest for the past 11 years. We have stayed at no less than a dozen other B&Bs in the WI, MN, and MI area, and this is by far the best. This is our 4th stay at the Brambleberry B&B. Sherry and Chris, the owners, put their heart and soul into running this exceptional B&B. The tastefully decorated rooms, the yummy food, the great homemade wine, the ambiance, and the hosts made our stay relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. They provided great ideas for daytime activities. As a previous reviewer mentioned I, too, really recommend opting for the Saturday evening dinner, as well as their homemade pizza on Friday evening. Yes, the roads are winding, but that only adds to the charm of the rural location. There is no question that we will be back because the B&B does it right!

Lovely farmhouse B&B with several outdoor spaces for relaxing in nice weather. Spacious comfortable room with bath and whirlpool tub, appointed with antiques and period pieces. The food is excellent and more than you can eat, either from the garden or local sources. Highly recommend staying for dinner--it's a great value and enjoyable. Also enjoyed touring the farm. Lots of outdoor recreational opportunities available in the area.

We just got back from our stay at Brambleberry. What a treat! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the food was absolutely delicious! We had so much fun at the Saturday night dinner, talking and enjoying delicious homemade wine and food. The owners are knowledgeable about what they are making, where it is coming from, and the way they grow and prepare the majority of the food they make!

My only real caution is to say that WHEN you stay here, "(because you should!) do your best to drive up during the day. The B&B is a bit remote for this Chicago gal, and the roads at night are dark and twisty.

We are looking forward to coming back!
