Management: Listen Up! You have a nice hotel, but it could be a better one with just a little effort.
First of all, the lobby: It is small. It is also very warm. Since this also is the business center and part of the breakfast seating, it needs to be more comfortable. Also, there is often no one at the front desk.
Next, the staff: Your hotel needs an employee break room. For they are often taking a break at the tables right in front of the check-in desk, or the housekeepers are smoking at the front entrance. Neither of these are very welcoming. Twice an employee was having their McDonald's lunch at the lobby tables. In addition, it must be "Bring your kid to work week" here. It seems two staff members brought their child to the hotel while they cleaned the rooms or worked in the lobby. One little boy was running up and down the hall with no discipline. Another girl was bored in the lobby and decided to stare at us while we were in the pool.
The rooms here are ok. The breakfast room is tiny but the food is ok.
The staff and environment needs to be more professional.
