It is a nice size waterpark. You have an indoor lazy river, two water slides and places for younger kids to place. I was lucky that the park was not too crowded. My son enjoyed it but don't eat the food at the food court as it is terrible. There are two outdoor areas and an outdoor pool which is nice in warmer weather. It's wise not to go during peak season.

My 3 and 1 year old had a lot of fun at this waterpark. There was a little of everything. Lazy river, two big slides, pool with hoops, hot tub, and kiddie pool with slides. This waterpark is great for little kids but once they get close to teens I don't think it will be enough.

Spent an afternoon at the waterpark. Really great for younger kids. My 15 year old had fun but was ready to go after a bit. The kids enjoyed the lazy river and the two waterslides.

We did not stay at the hotel, but were guests of residents who live on the Grand Geneva property, so were able to spend the day at the water park. The water park is a fair size and well staffed with lifeguards and other employees. Our boys are 7 and 9 years old and they had a lot of fun on the two water slides, lazy river, and playing water basketball. Although not a large park, we had fun as a family. Both water slides are fast and fun. One slide (green) is used with inner tubes, so you can ride doubles on that one. The other water slide (yellow) is fairly long and dark in areas, which provides a different type of thrill. We did not spend any time in the outdoor pools (they were crowded and small'ish). The pool also has a snack bar with pizza, burgers, hot dogs, slushies, etc. It also has adult beverages for sale. There are locker rooms, showers, and bathrooms. You can rent lockers if needed. The pool provides towels.

Stayed a night here with my 3 grandsons ages 13, 13, and 8. All had a good time, enjoyed the waterpark, out door activity pool and mini golf.
Our room was great, nice size for a family. I think this is a great place for family getaway. I must also say that KAT from the front desk is super, very guest oriented, willing to do what she can to help, very patient and understanding! Will definitely stay again.

We had our granddaughter’s birthday party there. Such a great place, perfect for six year olds. She now says it’s too babyish for her seventh.
But the staff was great, adult drinks great, as was the pizza for all. We brought in a cake. It is a wonderfully safe place for water play.

The place was nice and it was great that many of the rooms had small kitchens, allowing you to save some money on food in the general area, which can be tourist prices. The room was great but felt like it was set up oddly, long and dark. The waterpark was small and not very diverse in rides but would be great for families with smaller children, under 9 or 10 years old as there also seemed to be a lot of activities for the younger kids to do that we did not participate in. The location is nice and overall the place is good, it was pretty neat to be on such a huge campus on the Lake Geneva Resort with horses going by every hour and a good feeling of comfort and only a short drive from the lake and downtown Lake Geneva.

The place was clean and it wasn’t too crowded. The selection isn’t that extensive but my 7 year old didn’t ever complain.

We took our 9 year old here and were underwhelmed with the size and selection. There are two covered water slides, and two “toddler” slides, a small
pool for basketball and a ropes course, and a lazy river. It was not a place you would spend more than two hours at. The highlight was a hot tub that was partially indoors and partially outdoors. The food was standard. The floors were very slippery, they need to consider a different material. All three of us slipped at some point and at least two of us were always moving slowly. It was not a good value for the cost. If you were just looking for a winter water park getaway, I would recommend Key Lime Cove instead at least they have a small wave pool.
