Had a date night, with my wife, at Agave Kitchen. It was a Thursday evening, and they had a date night special, that sounded great, but I don't eat chicken, so we got burgers, fries, and a salad. Everything was very good. We had both regular and sweet potato fries, and they looked and tasted like fresh cut, homemade fries. My salad was very good, with a southwest flare. I had a beef burger, with swiss, and onion. My wife had chicken breast, instead of beef, and really enjoyed it.
The service was very good. We dined upstairs, and had a great view of downtown Hudson. The time was 5:00 p.m. and the place was filling up quickly, so by the looks of things, this is a very popular place for food and drink.
