“Sunday Brunch”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 November 2011

Spring, Summer and Fall the Gray Rock does an upscale Sunday brunch. The flaming amareto pancakes are top shelf. The buffet selection is not as great as some, but the quality is very good and they refresh the buffet often. The restaurant overlooks the lake with panoramic views. Service is usually excellent, but it is a brunch and when they are busy, you may get a bit less attention.

“Sunday Brunch”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 October 2011

We enjoyed the Sunday brunch while staying at the Heidel House. It was a nice Buffett however I would not consider it on par with one of the best I've ever had. Considering the location I would return and enjoy another meal.

“Wonderful dining experience!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 October 2011

Beautiful views with tables next to floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Green Lake. Very fine attention to detail from plate settings to food presentation. Excellent service provided by wait staff who makes the experience very enjoyable. You honestly feel welcome in their establishment. But the absolute best part was the delicious food. The taste and presentation could be compared to any of the finest restaurants in large cities. Worth every penny to those who appreciate dining at it's finest.

“Beautiful View and Tastey food!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 October 2011

My husband and I did a weekend getaway to the spa and Heidell Hotel and dinner at Grey Rock. The The food was amazing, I had the pecan crusted Scallops they were cooked perfect and delicious. The only disappointment was that when we found the wine that we enjoyed they only had enough for 2 glasses.... :( but we enjoyed martinis after dinner and a wonderful piano player taking requests. It is a lovely place to enjoy dinner.
