This is the Holy Land of NFL Football. People from all over the world visit this place. I have taken the tour several times, and it's fun and interesting every time. The facility is huge and loaded with history and modern attractions. It includes the Packer Hall of Fame, the Pro Shop and a restaurant named 1919, to name a few. The tour includes a visit to a luxury box, the tunnel where the team enters the field, and the sidelines and stands.
Saw my cardinals in 2013 preseason week 1 blank the packers 17-0. good times. at least the new addition looks nice
When I was planning my trip to Wisconsin and I saw the Packers would play one of the two days we would be in Green Bay, I bought tickets straight away.
We arrived early to Lambeau Field, to have time to visit the shop and walk around the stadium before going to our seats. We had some beer and a hotdog during halftime. Prices are slightly high, but for us it was a special occasion.
Atmosphere before and during the game was just great and although I'm not a football fan I loved every minute I was there. And I'm a Packers fan now, of course!
Go Packs, go!
Tip: use any of the four free bus routes that Metro Green Bay offers to go to the field and go back to your hotel/home after the game. They work just perfectly, and organisation to board after the game is outstanding.
Educational. Nice tour. Great shopping. NFL wear. Great friendly accommodating tour guides. Would love to have had more tour through the facility areas. 32$ for 2 people for 60 mins.
This was an excellent, reasonably priced guided tour of Lambeau field that I recommend to every serious football fan. Lambeau is a special place with a very special history. We are Bear fans and were compelled to come here to check out the competition. Though we didn't see, and weren't expecting to see any Packer players, we were told some were there. Anyway, we chose the Champions tour, which allowed us to go through the Packer players tunnel and out to the South End zone. We honestly tried for the most extensive tour that allowed you to go into the opposing teams' locker room, but those sold out fast. At any rate, we weren't disappointed with the Champions tour. Our tour guide (and avid Packer fan, of course!) did an amazing job sharing the history of the Green Bay Packers, and even shared about how papa Bear Halas recommended Vince Lombardi to coach the Packers when no one else would come to the tundra of Green Bay. Seriously, the tour was quite fascinating, and our guide took us to different places inside the stadium. The place is huge and clean, and the stadium is beautiful. He took us to the highest point overlooking the stadium, which is also the highest point in Green Bay. There were times we could stop and sit and take in the field, while hearing true stories our guide had to share. The whole place is impressive, and everything is Packer. The Vince Lombardi trophy statue is impressive! Bottom line, there's a lot of pride here that this Bear fan respects. Our family had a great time, including our teenage daughter and son. Our son wore a Bears jersey and was affectionately "razzed" by the tour guide and other people on the tour and at Lambeau. These tours sell out. They are wildly popular, but worth every penny! Highly recommend a tour of Lambeau!
Wow! Lambeau Field. What a great place to visit. So much tradition. So much sports history. How could anybody not enjoy any visit to Lambeau Field?
