When I travel, I like to seek out cute, historic bed & breakfast inns. I called at really the last minute to check availability knowing it's their busy season and the US Open was being played at Erin Hills, a short drive away. To my delight, the owners adjusted their personal schedule and created a flexible reservation to accommodate my schedule. From the moment I stepped into the Stagecoach Inn, I enjoyed a family experience. From the fun staff to the great rooms and pub, It's the only place to stay! I'll see you next time and keep up the great hospitality.

We have been staying at the Stagecoach Inn at least once a year for several years. This year we had another great stay. The place has a fresh coat of paint from last year that freshens the whole place. A bed and breakfast is nothing without the managers and staff. The stagecoach staff make you feel at home. Everything we always enjoyed about breakfast remains and fresh-baked scones with creative flavors make it even more enjoyable. 520 is everything you want in a pub. A place to meet other travelers and locals as well. Room is made for everyone. We promise we will stay again. it is a great hub for exploring the surrounding area or walking around the village.

We would certainly recommend this charming B&B in Cedarburg Wisconsin. Central location, well appointed and very friendly owners greeting you! Clean and neat. We enjoyed the pub for happy hour and night cap. We would come back!

We went to Cedarburg, WI to see if it had changed from our last visit twelve years ago. We ate lunch at The Anvil, dinner at The Stilt House, and stayed overnight at The Stagecoach Bed and Breakfast. We had narrowed our selection down to two locations and decided on the Stagecoach because of the price $110 + tax. We checked in at 2:00 pm and Colleen took us up one flight of stairs to room #1. The bed was queen size with one side against the wall. The room was filled with antique furniture including a wingback chair, a chair with a cane seat, a small chest of drawers, and a large piece of furniture used as a closet. It was very warm and comfortable. We settled in and then went downstairs for a glass of wine at a bar that was just completed last February. (really nice). The host was named Bill and his wife was Ann. We talked with them for over two hours -- what a nice couple! They were easy to talk with and gave us much information about their bed and breakfast and the town of Cedarburg. It was Sunday and some restaurants were closed, but Bill recommended The Stilt House for dinner. It was an interesting restaurant with an intriguing history. After dinner we went back to the B & B and called it a night. In the morning we found coffee, hot water for tea, and hot chocolate mix right outside our door. After getting ready for the day, we headed downstairs for breakfast. My wife and I had cereal with yogurt, cranberry juice, scones with chocolate chips, fresh fruit, and coffee. During breakfast Ann talked with us the whole time. This was the best B & B experience we have ever had. Keep in mind that it was the first week in March, warm but rainy, and we were the only couple there in the evening. By the way, the B & B has nine rooms spread over three floors. The building is vintage 1850's. There is no elevator. I think you will be pleased to stay here.

Room Tip: If stairs are a problem, try to get a room on first floor.

Our family gathered there to celebrate birthdays in late Nov. The rooms were cozy and inviting. It was my birthday and I was welcomed (as a return visitor) with yummy chocolates and such sweet note on the night stand. The restored room which is now the bar is a special place for people to gather. It's small, beautifully restored, quiet space but not at all stuffy - feels "local" as if a pub from yesteryear - unique, cozy, comfortable.

Room Tip: if you are traveling with another couple or with children, request the room on the first floor-it h...
