The hotel had difficulty keeping their elevator working, not a problem unless you are staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor as I was...ugh!!
The carpet in the room was dirty and either needed to be replaced or badly leaned.
The bath towels were at best scratchy and rough like worn sandpaper...everyone likes a soft bath towel...replace them!
The lighting at the sink was very,very dim and needs brighter bulbs, my suggestion is insert LED's for brightness and savings long-term....add LED bulbs to all of the room lighting for brightness and energy savings...step into the 21st century!
Last, the FREE breakfast is not really a breakfast. Just call it what it is, some coffee and cereal or a donut. Breakfast includes Eggs scrambled, sausage and bacon, toast, cereal hot & cold, bagels or toast, waffles or pancakes, juice or milk, yogurt and some fresh fruit...like apple, banana, oranges!
If you want more guests at your hotel you really need to compete with the holiday Inn and Marriott, both are parking lot competitors.

The hotel would have been a much better deal with internet that worked. The wireless connection would break about every 2-5 minutes making internet use very annoying.

We've stayed here several times and enjoyed it. Nice location and it's close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We were visiting relatives in the area, and enjoyed the convenience. We did not try the free breakfast -there were lots of breakfast places nearby...

We pulled in just before midnight, and left the next morning, at check-in, the staff was very helpful, and at checkout, I did not talk to the staff enough to form an opinion.

The internet was much better here than at the other Wyndham motel we stayed in.

The issue I mentioned below was that the light above the vanity was partially out, my wife reported it to the front desk as we were checking out, and the staff did not have time to resolve our issue..
