Description: "My favorite restaurant ever! anywhere!" heard daily...music to our ears. We take the extra effort to get local vegetables, eggs and meat as well as flowers; to serve sashimi grade tuna, a rustic pork shank, lobster pasta; fresh daily pastries from West Virginia's best baker; locally made artisan bread; extra virgin olive oil, great wine list, candlelight etc! all pays off. We don't cut corners and our fellow foodies recognize this and honor us with their presence. Reservations advised or willingness to wait in line.

The food is sooo good. They also have a good beer menu. They close after lunch but never ever mentioned that to us when we came in 15 minuets prior to closing time :). I highly recommend this place.

A charming cafe. We noticed the cider with elderflower listed on their chalkboard and it reminded us of ciders available in England. We ordered 2 of those and were shocked when we found out they were $14 each after they were served. We would have appreciated the price being listed on the chalkboard or at least have the waitress mentioning the price when it was ordered. We could easily have shared a bottle. The cider was fine but we tasted no hint of elderflower. The sandwiches (Curry Chicken Salad and Sausage & 'Kraut) were both very good!

So so for the salmon bowl; great combination of salmon, basmati rice & dill but just too much of the sauce.

Pleasant wait stay and reasonable prices.. It seems to be a poplar place for the locals which speaks volumes.

The Stardust is a very charming place to eat with fresh, local ingredients. The food was all very good, however a meal for two ran us $103 dollars. This was unexpected, because the atmosphere and look of the cafe wold not lead one to expect the prices. The menu was also somewhat limited. I recommend looking over the menu and prices before you decide to eat there, but if you are okay with paying a little extra, I do think the quality of the food is worth it.
