Got a little tangled up getting into the lot, but that was operator error! I ordered a Caesar with grilled prawns, prawns were a little too uncooked for my taste, server was very gracious about taking them back to a little more heat.. Husband ordered fish and chips -he loved them.Bread was really good, server was really attentive and polite, place is cute (lighting is a little harsh - I'd soften it up especially in the evenings..but all in all thumbs up.

Interesting place, a mix of fine dinning and down home. The food selection is very well done and the people are friendly. They added extra Pasta to my Grand Daughters plate so she could let her sister have some. Takes a little time for the order so if you have kids keep them busy for a little time. Don't forget to stop at the Bakery next door to.

This is obviously setup for the high end people. We went in with family members and when we saw an adjacent table get there food it was like one of those places you see on TV, where they serve you one brussel sprout and say it's worth $20. I don't give a darn how tasty something is, those small portions are for the birds literally!!
Nothing was clear nothing was good about this place.

really lovely spot owned by local food co op.
we enjoyed a quick lunch as we travelled through Mt Vernon.
great coffee, fresh and plentiful, server kept it coming !
our vegan dish was 1st rate, a felafel in flatbread lotsa salad
the fish dish blotted the copybook of perfection by being overcooked, which is a loss of a star.
CANNOT overcook fish in a restaurant setting, dats a big nono.
otherwise, it's all good for 3rd street cafe and we look forward to returning when next in Skagit County.
recommended.

We enjoyed the regular burger and the lunch special. The scrumptious burger is cooked per your preference and several toppings may be added including your choice of cheese, bacon and sautéed onions, delicious!!! The lunch special was BBQ pulled chicken and a cup vegetarian chili, also wonderful! We were too full to enjoy the delightful dessert offerings
