We went to see a speaker tell the story of his involvement with the Ozette Indian Village Archeological Site. The story was fascinating. Afterward we meandered through the museum and were so impressed by the professional & interactive displays. We live nearby and never really knew the history of the Tulalip tribes & really appreciated weekday wer learned. It's not a large museum and it's just off the freeway so it's easy to get to and won't take your whole day. The store had lots of quality items for sale as well.

Lots of hand made baskets and information on culture. Photos from the past. Their website lists events and classes.

It’s a great small museum that offers an enjoyable experience for the whole family. While there are more dioramas than artifacts, they tell an in-depth story of local Native culture and history. If you are anywhere near Marysville, it is definitely worth a visit.

This was a side visit during our trip and I'm glad we didn't miss it. This is a great place to learn the history and culture of the Washington native tribes. The exhibits are well designed, interactive and informative. It's an honest look at how the native tribes were changed by white settlers. Some people may not like it, but introspective can be difficult.
The longhouse presentation was the best part.
