Great place to stay, had free all you can eat continental breakfast, coffee was ok. Great room, good price, when they found out if was my mom's 60th bday we showed up to our room and they had made a hand made birthday card, signed it, and a bottle of wine. It was so neat and so personable. They had a playground for kids, and they had a pet area for dogs.
Con's-Bring ear plugs if you don't want to hear your next door neighbors enjoying themselves late at night.

nice rooms, got a 2 queen with a fireplace and sleeper sofa and balcony. location is good for walking to river trails, and also a ten minute walk to downtown. I definitely recommend going in April or May when the weather is mild and comfortable. didn't get a chance to use the spa or mini golf, but love that these are on campus.

this hotel has an EXCELLENT free breakfast. Lots of options for hot and cold foods, sweet and savory. I would have gladly paid for the buffet, but free is even better!

the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. two flat screen tvs, and dvd player in living room space. nice to have a fridge and microwave, and even a kuerig too. the ceilings are a bit thin, we could hear the people above us running around all night, so ask for a top floor room if that would annoy you.

Room Tip: top floor would be quietest, and ask for a mountain view. worth it to book directly on their website as opposed to a search site.

Icicle Inn was accommodating in every imaginable way. The town is a sheer delight. I definitely want to return anytime, for any reason. I came from the east by Amtrak and a taxi ride to and from the train station was just $5 each time. Everything about this town and this resort impressed me greatly and I am very grateful to have been there.

We spend one night in Leavenworth with 4 adults and 3 children, and after looking at all the higher rated hotels (where we'd need a couple of rooms), we opted for a "Aspen Three Bedroom Condominium Building D". This was an attractive unit with three bedrooms and a pullout sofa in the livingroom. My only negatives are that the unit has two bathrooms. One, en suite bathroom attached to the MBR, and another off the hall. The en suite bathroom does not have a shower, just a whirlpool tub! So, that everybody in all 3 bedrooms have to use the bathroom off the hall for showers. Otherwise, it is a nice, roomy, well appointed, and nicely decorated unit. The buffet breakfast was good. For a large family, it is a very good option.

We get the pleasure of having training here, this place is great. The Inn sets on the edge of town which is perfect. After you have a great breakfast from the buffet, or dinner you can stroll down through town. It is an easy walk, and of course the town is great with lots of little shops. The rooms are clean and nicely kept. There is lots to do. Just make sure you leave yourself plenty of time!

Room Tip: They do have rooms with small patios, you can watch the sun rise over the mountains.
