Tom, he chef makes delicious meals each day, tailored to the guests in the lodge. He is simply fabulous. They make their own granola at the lodge too. The restaurant is so warm and cozy with the huge fireplace and furniture made out of gigantic logs. The service is exceptional too. The owners also serve the meals, chatting along the way. They are really wonderfully warm people who almost instantly become your friend. I can't wait to go back next year.
