Went here for breakfast and took note that there were very few people eating here.
There 10 of us celebrating a family reunion. Several people ordered eggs Benedict. All came out with rock hard eggs and little sauce. We noted thus to the server. He came back with additional eggs (no additional sauce) and those eggs were also hard. We asked for ketchup to put on the potatoes and were given very small (enough for a tablespoon). We had to ask 3 times to get enough ketchup for 10 people. Finally asked for the manager. We explained that half of us had been unable to eat our meals.
After spending 1.5 hours we left. Our meal was comped however the experience soured any of us wanting to return.
This restaurant is in a very expensive hotel in downtown Kirkland. It very unfortunate that the dinning experience was so distasteful.
