We have not been anywhere else for pizza since we discovered Eviva. Being regular Tutta Bella patrons for years, this speaks volumes. Luan makes his organic pizza base in an applewood fired brick oven. The dough is freshly made and is superb in texture and flavor. He re-invents his pizza toppings and the latest one we had was a delicious chanterelles, caramelized onions with crispy prociutto. He tries to utilize as much organic and local produce as possible. The Bottega Italiana gelato is a great favorite with many flavours. He also has got a fair selection of beers and wine. There is unfortunately not much atmosphere other than some extremely impressive handmade wooden tables. The owner however is very welcoming and makes one feel at home. Pizza by the slice for the Kingston ferry waiters.
