We needed a place to stay in Colville and we decided to try the Comfort Inn. It is not as nice as some Comfort Inns we have stayed at, but it was a good choice even so. With only two floors, it has no elevator, so we had to lug two suitcases up the stairs. But the room was quite nice, as well as clean and quiet, and we were pleased with our choice. The continental breakfast was also quite good.

I was given two hotel recommendations when I visited Colville on business - this one, and another one down the street that will go unnamed. During the few days I stayed at the Comfort Inn, the other hotel experienced a drug deal gone bad that led to a murder. So I am glad I made the right choice. I can happily say there were no murders nor drug deals gone bad at the Comfort Inn. Good solid hotel, friendly staff, decent accommodations.

The Colville Comfort Inn is indeed comfortable! Consistently so. Have stay there numerous times over the past several years and the consistency of service, cleaniness and friendliness stands on.

The owners are often on site and their pride of ownership is apparent.

Reservations and check-in are both a breeze. Cleanliness has never been an issue. The facility has had several upgrades in the past few years. Nice indoor pool.

Tip: Try to get a room on the side not overlooking the parking. The rooms on the field side are quieter.

Everything was exactly as we've come to expect from Comfort Inn. But, one thing sticks out that was kind of odd. After giving us our key, the gal at the desk pointed out the stairway in the lobby indicating our room was close to it. The room was actually at the far end of the building (#225) and was much closer to the door at that end of the building. Not a big problem, just odd that she didn't mention the closer door.

We stayed one night while passing through Colville, arriving ahead of schedule early in the afternoon. The front desk clerk was friendly and accomodating and assigned a room right away then went upstairs just to make sure that it was made up and ready for occupancy.

The room was pleasant with relatively new furniture and decorated in light colors and included a small fridge and microwave. Everything was clean and most importantly the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were a nice surprise because of their larger than normal size for this size of motel. The pool area was well maintained with lounge chairs, tables and towels.

Breakfast was included in our rate and was better than we had expected. In addition to the normal waffle, cereals and muffins etc They had english muffins and fried egg and sausage patties so you could make your own McMuffins. The breakfast areawas kept clean and well stocked and the person servicing the breakfast room was friendly and made us feel welcome.
We had a pleasant stay and I felt I got very good value for my $98. rate.
